Anyone know the effects of not using a Turbo --> Intake Gasket?

Alright, I am throwing all the **** back in my car... and it's a pain in the *** obviously, well I seem to be missing the gasket that goes from the turbo, to the air intake piping (the gasket that sits right under the intake tube, right in front of the turbo blades). I have an HKS Intake, and stock twins, I was curious what the outcome would be if I decided not to use this gasket, I'd go get one Monday, but I won't see my 7 for aonther 2 weeks, and I want to get it running tonight, it's close, but i don't want to use it if it's going to cause some big problems.

Let me know.
Thanks

A small amount of dirt/grit will make it's way into the motor.
