Anyone know this car? Looking to buy.
I just wanted to know if anyone had info on this car, or recognized it. I'm looking for an FD, and found this one for sale.
Thanx.

Wishin I Still Had The FD
If I remember correctly, someone else was asking about that same car when it was listed on Ebay. The owner's listing was funny. He didn't know what the hell he talking about.
Then again, it could be a different car.

Call me gramps!
That FD has some of the tackiest mods possible: that specific bumper, the 3m multicolor paint, "track proven" slotted/drilled rotors, and that wing.
Good luck with that pruchase, I hope you're getting it for really cheap.

yeah, isn't that the one that had turbo upgrade but w/ stock IC or aftermarket SMIC w/out a duct? if its the same one, under the engine is poorly modified w/out the correct knowledge of proper cooling

i know the guy that sold it to this kid (thats how i got most of my performance parts fmic, pfc, and the cat back) the new guy does not know to much about rx-7s
the car did get a new motor at 60 K but im not sure how he treated it because it was tuned with an afc its going to need paint whether you like this or not because its peeling around all the molding and on one of the doors theres a golf ball size spot were it was opened into a post lift ask to see pics of the trunk area as well because the stereo equipment was taken out and there was nothing in their no carpet or plastics
also my buddy sold this car for $12k almost 2 years ago and not much has changed on it so i would offer way less

Hmmm. Seems like the general response is the same. Thanx for the replies. I have been looking for an FD for quite a while, and just now am serious about getting one. I didn't look at getting this one again after my post, I think I'm getting an itchy trigger finger.

Don't buy it! You'll regret it. Everyone goes through that before they bought their FD. I had money-in-hand for like 6 months before I finally found the right car. Relax, you'll know it when you see it.

I know I was looking for something very specific, and I didn't want to miss that one good car. Now I realize that I should have been looking for good car*s* and that missing out on a good one is better than buying the wrong one.
