And guys look at that link
Normal price = $92.99 + 4$ for heelpad!
(And you still dont get embroidery!)

With the g/b we can go as low as $80 if enough people order come on - you cant pass this up!!!

I'd also be interested in the heel pad if possible. I have to have my foot at a pretty good angle to drive (size 14 shoe) so I wear the mats alot. Oh yeah, I'm in on the buy so my opinion counts.

I already emailed her to see if we can get heel pads on a few of the orders (doesn't have to be everyone).

As for your opinion counting because you're actually in on the buy... I didn't say it! J/k. Everyone's opinion counts, but I'd hope it's constructive or actually reflective of someone's interest in buying these mats.

If I can't find a nice set of black OEM mats(actually only need the drivers side) in the next couple days then I will be in on the group buy.

UPDATE: Yes a heel pad is an option @ $4.00 per heel pad. They will be made of vinyl and will be color coordinated.

Color samples were posted earlier in the thread. Here's a link to that specific post: https://www.rx7club.com/showpost.php...9&postcount=89

That wasn't quite the heel pad I was talking about. Can they do a thicker "carpet" instead of the vinyl. Here is a pic of what the mat looks like with the carpet heel pad in my M3

7racer, this is the response I got:

"Ramy,
Sorry, the only thing our plant has is the vinyl heelpad. They do not have the
process that allows them to put a carpeted heelpad on their mats.
Anne"

NP...can't hurt to try! You still in for the mats? For the money, I think they can't be beat. Of course, you can spend double the price and get the exact mats you want, but w/o the embroidery on 'em

For those of you who just tuned in to this thread, the official Group Buy Thread can be found here: https://www.rx7club.com/group-buy-center-69/3rd-gen-upgraded-floor-mats-rx7-logo-color-your-choice-gb-390344/

We have at least 12 definites so far (we're aiming for 16 for the biggest discount), and the current run is for the upgraded berber mats w/ embroidery of "RX-7" in the color of your choice, and the option for a vinyl heelpad for $4.00 more.

If some of you want the regular cheaper mats (more colors to choose from), feel free to PM BlueRex your order for that as well, and if we have more than 5 of you, we can get you guys a group discounted rate as well ($58 or less, depending on just how many we get). Obviously, make sure to specify that you want the REGULAR/thinner mats so BlueRex can keep your orders straight

Please visit that thread for instructions and the necessary information BlueRex will need for you, as well as important updates.

As for me, I'm trying to figure out where the 30+ ppl who said they're down on this thread disappeared to...

Thanks!
~Ramy
