Anyone going to SEMA?
I just got kinda screwed for SEMA. I dunno but for some reason my Sponsers like to pull last minute changes or make things very difficult for me. I just found out my last Vendor which was suppose to take my car to SEMA, can't. And I have to drive it up there now, and I wont have a Vendor spot for someone to take care of my car. My sponsors have decided to place me in the Exibition Hall or somewhere else I am not completly sure about yet. I had like Three Vendors who I thought one was going to atleast take my car, however, it seems like SEMA is going to be very packed this year and they are limited the amount of cars allowed in the Vendors. The majority of the vendored cars, however, will be cars from Japan this year, so cars like me that arent right hand drive are kinda taking second place.
To make a long story short I cant take a week or two weeks off of work and school to trailer or drive my car up to Vegas twice, and sit there and watch over it. If it was like a 1-2 day event no problem, but thats not the case. So I dunno what to do. So Im wondering if anyone is in my situation or people that have been to SEMA or are going to SEMA have any advice for what I can do.

Well Peter is going to SEMA so maybe he can advise you on how to handle it.

Wish I could help, but odds are, I'm not going to SEMA. I can get in to SEMA, but I don't see the immediate need for me to go. I also have some things I have to take care of here. So, I'm probably not going to go.
You're right though about the cars from Japan. There will be some VERY nice surprises at SEMA this year....hahahhaha.

Well, Im still trying to see if I can get someone to take it up there and take care of it, so I'll see what happens. But it would suck if I won't be able to meet some of you that are going. I'll try to atleast, and see keep you posted.

I would help but I allready made plans to go to AZ this thur or fri. I wanted to go but no tickets. Why don't you ask RotaryKnight. I'm not sure if he is still going but he used to have sponsors also.

Well my AZ g/f F'd up my b-day weekend, so i'm free to drive up there with you. I don't want to go by myself and babysit though. I'm off today untill tuesday, call me if your still going.
