I am trying to find some information on making two quick connects at the firewall for the wiring harnesses. If you have any information please share..

I have a Deutsch Autosport twist lock connector. The largest one I could find with the right wire size was 32 pins. I needed more than that so I had to get a second connector. Mine are free floating, but they also sell them with firewall mounts. They run $300 each and you need at least one and possibly two crimping tools for ~$400 each. You can sometimes find the tools for less money on ebay.

My thought is how far would $400 go towards paying someone to do it? I knew the tools would be way expensive..

Got a picture of your setup?
