Anybody use Aquamist?
If you tuned it into the PFC AND used the extra safe boost available because of the WI, you could easily pick up 40hp+. You can typically get away with at least 4 more psi than normal on pump gas. I'll get you a pic of my budget setup tonight.
i like the idea of getting 40 extra hp, cleaner engine, and cooler turbo. if i had someone install it for me, around how many hours of labor would you say it takes?
If i was running higher psi, im guessing that i would be running leaner?

I should qualify my statement -you can do that if your turbo(s) can support 4 more psi. Some of the turbo Buick guys run 7-8 more psi AND race gas timing maps but they also have a decent knock retard system (we don't). But, 18-20 psi on a good sized turbo can make some huge pump gas numbers.
As far as labor, took me about 4 hours to install mine working very slowly.

For those with an installed system, what are you using for a tank, and where did you mount it?
For those that plan to install, what do you plan to use for a tank, and where do you plan to mount it?

2 Questions:
1. Are there any issues with rust/corrosion in the aquamist system and the adjacent areas to which it is attached to and areas of implementation?
2. How do you know if the water level is low? It would really suck if u ran outta water without knowing while ur boosting........

I tested my $200 DIY water injection tonight. Worked awesome! 17 psi, no knock and it pulls like crazy. I'll have a few pics tomorrow but its the same setup from www.turbomirage.com with a slightly smaller nozzle.
