Any tips for putting Magnecor wires on spark plugs?

Any tips for putting Magnecor wires on spark plugs?
I recently replaced my old OEM spark plug wires with a fresh set of Magnecor wires, and the spark plug boots are way thicker, and difficult to put on the spark plugs. I did some research and used dielectric grease on the spark plug to lubricate it, and that helped a lot, but I was a bit concerned because I do not feel a confident 'click' when it connects to the spark plug. Right now I have 2 of them plugged in properly, where the boot covers all the 'ridges' on the spark plug, but I have 2 of them left, and it just seems like it doesn't want to go on, when I let go of the spark plug boot, I can see it slowly being pushed out, perhaps because of air pressure? I spent an hour on google to find the correct way to hook them up, but no luck yet. I figured I might try it on rx7club because I assume more people are using these wires! Are there any pro tips I'm not aware of!? Right now 2 spark plugs seem to be connected properly, when I rotate the spark plug wire boot I can feel the metal on metal contact inside. I'm just worried they might pop out because of the air pressure or something!

Because I was shopping at essex rotary and they had these in stock They looked like a good replacement to me. These are the ones: MSD Ignition 8.5mm Super Conductor HT Lead Set for FD3s ? Essex Rotary Store The fit is good, I am just a bit inexperienced in fitting aftermarket spark plug wires, I don't know if air pressure inside is giving problems, and was hoping one of you might have a tip to fit them without worrying!

I have used these wires in the past. They are tough to get on. I used dielectric grease for the tips and a little bit of dishwashing soap on the ceramic portion of the plug. Not to much as to ooze out. Then keep putting pressure as you wiggle the boot back and forth. They will eventually seat down tight.

I've made magnecore leads using a crimper, boots on those actually look a bit short, not sure what crimp ends they're using, but the ones here, you can feel them seating properly when they're home. I always install them on the hoist and access from underneath. From up top, I'd be a little surprised if you could get a good press or feel for what's happening with all the contortions needed.

Thanks for the advice guys, I wanted to post an update here because I managed to get them on with some twisting and using dielectric grease. The car has been through a few heat cycles and lots of hard pulls, and there is no hesitation like I had before, also the plug wires are nice and snug on there, and definitely not coming loose.

I ran Magnecor wires on my FC back in the day and had a helluva time getting the boots to seat. Found the trick to it.
You have to "burp" the wire ends as you install them. They seal up air tight so when you push them on the air pressure inside pushes the end back off. So, you need to get the air out.
Get a small piece of wire or a zip tie or something and put it between the boot and the plug or coil. Push the end on, then pull out the zip tie or whatever. That will let the air out and the wire will seat nicely.
That said, I prefer the NGK wires for the FD. They are dirt cheap, fit great, color coded, and perform wonderfully. But, you already have them and they do work well, just have to know the install trick.
