any ideas?

hey i'm having troubles with my boost on my fd. I get boost but not consistantly. Nothing goes wrong untill i start to get on it. For example i ill floor it and boost is there but once i shift gears i dont have boost. If you guys could give me some suggestions i would grately aprreciate it. thanks

vac chamber leak down. if you let off the throttle for a few seconds then floror it do you get full boost?

As mad_7tist said....most likely a leak associated with the vacuum chamber circuit.

This is crazy im dealing with the same problem a bunch of people said that it was my boost control actuator but i replaced that and it didnt help but mine looses boost when i shift to its so aggravating.

Thats what happens on my car if i shift then let the rpms drop down to like 3000 then hit the gas i will get boost but if i shift and gun it no boost.

yea right after this starts happening ill let go of the gas for a little bit and then ill get boost back on

That's pretty much the signs of a vacuum leak. Buy/borrow a mityvac and check your vacuum lines and check valves.
