Any comments on Kouki Air Guides?

Has anyone had any experience with http://www.rhdjapan.com/mazda-oem-ko...x-7-fd3s-24254 and http://www.rhdjapan.com/mazda-oem-99...d3s-rx-7-51474? Any comments or feedback on fitment, usefulness, etc would be nice.

I have no idea. . .That's why I'm asking. Fill me in on more info. Are they able to fit on the USDM cars? Let get more info on these because I have my stock guides and want something stock looking for my stock air box and intercooler.

Didn't notice you are in my area. Don't think I've seen you around.

I do believe it will fit the US cars, it is designed to work with the full '99 nose setup.

Big advantage is it pulls air from around the front hood latch instead of the IC duct. Mazda found that at high speed it was actually pulling hot engine air backwards through the IC on the early ducts, hence the upgrade.

So I guess you guys are saying only the 99 bumpers (and not the 93) can put the Kouki air guides to good use? Is the IC duct the same for the 93 and 99?

Here's what I found when I pulled the nose off my stock 93 R1. What they are selling is just something that fits better with the 99 spec rebar.
