Another turn signals and horn wont work...

So Ive searched through all the threads where peoples turn signals (inc hazards) and horn dont work, and there seems to be a lot of them where people havent solved the problem.
I get the noise that the turn signals are going, but no lights on the dash or outside the vehicle. The noise is slightly faster than it should be, and if you depress the horn while the signals are on, they blink even faster.

Has anyone fixed this before?

Ive been through the wiring diagram, and continuity checked what I can tell is every wire involved and just cant see why they dont work

Ive replaced the #2 CPU with a known good working one and still no luck.

Well it seems Ive sussed my problem

I applied power directly to the P/B (pink/black) wire going to the #2 CPU and everything started working correctly. I guess that wire is earthing out somewhere between the hazard fuse and the CPU

Now to just track down where... wish it would stop raining!

Could be a bad connection from wire to the relay connection if when you supply power it works correctly.... if you understand what i am sayin.
