Was out driving and everthing was fine, stoped for about an hour, went out again and then Im only getting around 5psi(13 before) and sounds like a whole lot of air coming from under the car, looked on top around the engine and no vacume lines were off and i/c pipes are tight, any ideas?

You have a leak in your intake piping somewhere. Look harder.

Just went out there, looked for about 10min, nothing I can see without taking any parts off

There are some common places that leak. I believe on of those places is where the hard plastic tube attaches to the y-pipe. When I bought my car, this clamp wasn't tight and the connection came apart under boost. It was very hard to see it. You could have a ripped rubber hose somewhere that only opens up under boost too. I think you should start removing the hoses and double check the connections and check the rubber for cracks.

Removing the hoses is very easy. Sometimes leaks are not obvious and you need to closely inspect things.

start jerking on the intake-to-turbo hoses, cross-over pipe to ic hose, ic hose to elbow hose. you'll find one with a loose clamp.

You guys think its a pipe and not a vacume line? I guess it does sound like a whole lot of air to be coming from a little vacume line...

block off the BOV and CRV then reapeat. (they both look like bov's)

It could be a vacuum hose that's come off/kinked and caused one of these big hoses to stay open

I think you should just start removing the intake piping and look at all the connections as you are doing so. It should only take about 15 minutes to pull the hoses off, and I'm sure you'll find the problem. I doubt it's a vacuum line, but I suppose your BOV or CRV could be stuck open or something.

correct. plug up both the things that look like bov's.

Also double/triple check the connections to the IC because it is fixed to the chassis, which means they DON'T move when the engine flexes. One of my IC pipes would only come off under load.

I agree I had the same problem with mine when I had the sequential turbos it turned out to be a big split in the the rubber connecter between the Y-pipe and the pipe that lead to the I/C. It made the same sound you are talkin about and boost was about 6psi, so check that out I dout it is a vacume hose.

isnt that your y-pipe to x-over pipe coupler? I ripped mine off the day I bought the car and put silicon hose there. Just match up the ID and don't forget to use decent clamps.
