what next? fresh lugnuts?

Ray Crowe hits us with another great deal.
94 mazda lunuts are on sale.
ray told me he would sell a full set of 20 lugnuts to anyone for 177.89 shipped.
get them while you can. these are the 94 style with the chrome plating.
Maybe you should use your brain before you spout off.

Most people are smart, they only buy CERTAIN oem parts from mazda. I found lugnuts on ebay for my stock wheels, they ran me about 30 bucks. I would not buy an OEM clutch disk from mazda for an ACT HD-00, I can get them cheaper direct from ACT. I don't buy fuel injectors from mazda, I can get oem quality replacements much cheaper elsewhere. Etc, etc.

When you have an FD with windows that don't go up and down, that sucks. What should you do then? If they're stuck down, maybe use saran wrap in case of a rainstorm? If they're stuck up, and you need to toss change in for the toll, just throw it out the sunroof (if you have one). Sure.

Someone who drops 130 bucks just to pick up the auto-down feature is not spending money prudently. For the other 99.9% of us, maybe it makes sense to upgrade a bit while simultaneouly fixing a broken component of the car.

I'm trying to help the community out by giving people options so that maybe they can save some cash. What are you contributing?

If you're going to **** in threads, do it somewhere else. Stay out of mine.

Rich

I must agree with forcefed1. When prices for something like this switch at $130 become reasonable, you have lost your mind, and just might pay $130 for a set of lugnuts. It's a frickin switch. Disassemble your old one and fix it, leave it in the door, bypass it and wire in a real one under the glove compartment but, $130, for a switch?

Point taken, and thanks for being more civil than the other guy.

I for one refuse to ghetto rig my FD. I have enough ancillary electronic equipment in the car (boost controller, wideband, gauges, water injection, turbo timer, the list goes on and on) without running more wires.

For the record, my original window switches work great. Again, I am posting this stuff as a service to the community. For every incendiary post by some negative disgruntled individual, there are 100 more that are happy to have the information posted. Knowledge is power, and the more options we have the better.

Rich, I basically blasted you the same way forcefed did, way earlier in the thread. No disrespect to you though, I just think people need to use a little ingenueity to fix their problems, rather than throw money at them. I do thank you for giving the rest of us, a potential fix for what may be a problem we may have. You post here, and set yourself up for lots of flaming, whether you have 2 posts, or 15,000. Don't quit posting(I enjoy most of your stuff), but relax on attacking dissenters.........Dave

If most of you guys are just looking for the one touch down. Go to a alarm install shop and have them put in a window roll up module. You will get both windows up and down with one touch on the switch. And you could roll them up or down through your alarm key fob.(i'm assuming most of you will have a med to high grade alarm). It wil still come out cheaper than $130 with way more features.

Just trying to save ya some money.

Those switches can get expensive so I am fabbing up a center panel that will incorporate the power window switches so next time i need to replace them I can just go to Radio Shack and picked them up...
