alternator pulley change

hi,
i am trying to install a greddy pulley set and i do not know how to remove the alternator bolt to change the pulley.
can anyone please advise me?
is there any trick to secore the rotor from rotating or i must tighten it in a vise?

you also might have to stick a bolt in one of the hole to prevent the internals from spinning...just dont push it in too far...

This is how I did mine. No impact wrench needed. Just make sure to remove the negative battery cable and the terminal on the alternator. Just to play it safe.

inside the front or the rear holes?
i see that there is a fan inside the a;ternator with some blades. if i insert something would not do harm to these blades?espesialy if i force the nut.
