altenators?

altenators?
on our cars is the regulator built in or is it seprate? and if its built in (probably is cus its more expencive) should i get a mazda one or just go to a autoparts store for a replacment?

You should look into getting yours rebuilt. I had my local NAPA rebuild it for around $100, which was better than the $250 + $200 core charge that I could find for a "new" one

yeah thats what im gonna do the kragens by my house wants somthing like 275 for a new one but its an offname brand and doesnt even come with a warranty
