All This For Under $300...Believe It Or Not
After searching countless hours for the best deal on used parts it did seem to pay off. I got a used Blitz FMIC with piping as well as some genuine 99 spec lights both for under $300.
How? As many people might not be aware, Yahoo Auction Japan has countless used part for a bargain price but the only problem is no one is willing to ship internationally, let alone understanding Japanese. I went through a proxy service which bidded on my behalf and though I had to pay a small service fee the savings were still incrediable.
I picked up the Blitz FMIC for about $170 and when you calculate the savings, its quite staggering. So for all those cash strap college students like me who own a 3rd gen, where there's a will...there's a way. Cheers.

Wow awesome find, im using rinka right now. Im not sure if you guys can see this, I have all the languages installed on my computer so all of it shows up, but I was looking for 99spec taillights, searched fd3s and found one, copied the tail part in japanese "テール" and wham 99 specs for only 15000 yen. Go to google type 15000 yen and get "15 000 Japanese yen = 134.52915 U.S. dollars"
Awesome price even with fees!

Yes you guessed it Rinkya! This was the first time I ever bought anything off the internet so to have it all delivered, professionally packed with everything inside was a very good experience for me so I highly recommend their service. After the parts arrived at their warehouse it was shipped and took only 2 business working days to get to my door so again excellent service.
There is alot of reading involved before you can get started about rules, etc so I'll let you guy's work that one out. Any who thats my 2 cents worth.

Constant threat
Looks pretty good but keep in mind the Asian market in general is FLOODED with Chinese knock-offs of every major part. So....you may be actually buying a Used "Blitz" (aka Whing Chang, Inc.) intercooler.

i have bad experience when it comes to online auction especially those that involve dealing with asian counterpart. Most of the goods that were sold online are a replica. So YOUWSH you're lucky to get the original one. Right now i'm ordering the 99 jdm tail lights and i only paid $145 for it and is used. my friend in japan is willing to ship it for me.

Hey YOUWISH, Do you know how much it actually cost for shipping. I also bought a blitz front mount from yahoo Japan (and apexi catback). Luckily enough my bro lives in Japan so he got the stuff sent to his place but he said it's very hard to find a cheap shipping company.
All in all I am actually going to visit him next month so I can bring it home on the flight as baggage. But the rinkya site seemed pretty sweet eh so i thought i'd ask.
By the way when you said under $300 did you mean $US or $AUD?
