For all those who have ported

I just got through porting my motor today and was wondering what you guys are doing with the intermediate housing ports. Are you porting these any and if so how much and how does this effect the idle?

I ported them in proportion to what I did on the end plate secondaries. In other words, if I ported the end plates 20% bigger, do the intermediates 20% bigger. Other people like to port them real big, but I wanted to keep my idle and cruising around performance good.

Thanks that is exactly what I did ( which means I didn't take much off ). The ports are so small it just doesn't look like there is much room to extend it without grinding down into the passages.
