All of a sudden....Car wont stay alive

Hey guys,

So here's whats going on. I have been noticing some issues over the past month, where the idle would drop sometimes to 300 rpm, almost die then bounce back. Also, sometimes during start, the idle would take a few seconds to go up to normal.

Today, I go to start my car, and it turns over but dies right away. It just doesn't stay on. There are no problems getting it started, it fired up right away, but doesn't stay running past 1 second, even when i put my foot on the gas, it just dies.

My only guess would be fouled trailing plugs, and thats why it wont stay on for more than 1 second.

Any ideas would be much appreciated.

Thanks!

Vacuum leak. Check the map sensor hose first and then all the other ones.

Check the thermo sensor on the back of the coolant fill neck, should be green. Also check the harness and wiring at the CAS'. There are a few things the ecu must see in order to run. I feel like I'm forgetting one or two things
There's a step by step walk through in the fsm

2 Month ago i have the same problem...

Dead primary injector/s.....

I have 1 faulted inj and car run fine if i go past the 2500-3000 rpm

But at idle and quite ofter on gas push my car die....

If you have 1 dead injector and 1 in bad condition/not calibrated/leaking probably you can't arrive to rpm needed to activate the secondary injectors and yor car die.....

Try to deflood the car and see if car start....if yes (and the day after you have to do the same) 99% you have one or more faulty injectors...

take attention.....run without 1 or more injectors send AFR VERY LEAN

The car starts every time no problem, just won't stay on. I thought that if its flooded the car won't turn on period. Am I wrong?
