Is all this oil around my exhaust manifold normal...

So I was taking stuff off today to send away to get ceramic coated when I noticed a few odd things. I rebuilt my engine last winter and in the process went to a single turbo and when I took off my exhaust manifold I noticed it was quite oily all around the ports and looks like it actually leaked out.

Also in my LIM the secondary passages are black and oily as well, what would cause this? I know I was way over fueling for a while when I was trying to get it tuned, so seeing as how gassy it smells I'm thinking its just from excess fuel but I'm not sure. Any insight would be appreciated, thanks!

Here's some pictures.

If you still have the OMP the line to the oil injectors are probably leaking, or may have popped off.

I removed my OMP last year and started premixing when the same thing happened.

One less point of failure.

Everything has been removed, OMP, anything to do with emissions. I think it is just fuel and carbon from running very rich but I just wanted to be sure it wasn't anything serious.
