All lights(head, tail, parking, and int dash) stop working

I tried to search, but I must not be wording it quite right.
Basically the car sat for a few months, and wasn't started as muchg as at it should have been. When I turned on the car(after having to jump it), the lights didn't work. They then started working, but when I would turn on my windshield washer, they would go out.
Now, they don't work at all. The car did this twice, even when I was driving it all the time. They always started working again though.
I think something got corroded.
Any ideas as to where I should start?
Thanks.

Well...check the battery terminals first. They could be corroded (as you mentioned).

I am going to do the battery terminals, but i'm pretty sure that it's not any fuses, as that's the first place I looked.
Thanks though.

I agree, check the harness at the plug under the dash. You might find a ground or loos lead that controls the TNS relay circuit.

Well, they work again.
I had just cleaning the terminals, and re-checking everything, so I started the car, and left the lights on while the car was running..............hoping that the corrosion, or whatever the problem is, would work itself out.
So, I shut the hood, and damned if the lights don't come on while i'm standing right in front of the car.
It was actually pretty strange. I felt like I was in the movie Christine(Steven King). I swear the car's alive, and that it was looking at me...........pissed that I haven't been driving it.
So, in closing, I think there must be a really, or some wiring in that near vicinity that is a little loose, and that it was jarred back into position when I shut the hood.
