Aftermarket BOV Question

So I just recently bought a new Greddy Throttle body and it came with a bov connected onto it. I’m still running stock twins so do I just unplug the stock ABV from the y pipe and block it off with a rubber cap? Then connect the vacuum hose on the LIM to the aftermarket BOV. I included pictures of the stock ABV and vacuum hose. Thanks

Short term you can move the vacuum line from the stock BOV to the Greddy. Long term you would need to cap the hole in the Y-pipe the stock blow off valve attaches to and put a hose clamp on it.

I think without the vacuum line attached the stock BOV will stay shut.

Does this look fine? I just capped it with a piece of rubber. Still need to get a hose clamp though.

Yep, that should work. Depending on the grade of the rubber I'd keep an eye on it for cracking or deterioration with heat. Hose clamp is a must, without that the cap will shoot off first time you're in boost.
