Angry After vacuum lines problems. HELP ME END THE NIGHTMARE..

I did all my vacuum lines. I also bought the 99 spec y-pipe and installed that. Today I recieved my pullys to remove my air pump. I did all this as one project. I figured being that the car was apart it would make life easier. HAHA boy what an *** to think it would be easier. I just made it feel like it was never ending work.

Back to the point. I started her up today and idles great better than before. About 16 in vac. So I figured I would take it out for a spin test out all the new stuff. I let it warm up a little then left to a main road. Then I gave it some gas to about 12-13psi. It seemed that everything was great. Then the next time I stepped on the gas it was making 5 psi and made a really loud wuuuuuuing noise. Like an ecco of a turbo and then intenseified. So I got nervous and started to head home and gave it gas once more and it did the same thing.

It happens as soon as I make boost and then let off the throttle. The more boost I try to make the louder it gets.

I got home checked it out but couldnt see anything obvious. So about 2 hours later I took it out again and it made 12-13psi and I got off the gas. Then when I tried it again the noise and boost problem came.

I am pretty sure the vacuum lines are all fine and in place. I took a long time to make sure it was right. Could it have anything to do with the air pump removal?
Another thing is I made my own intake piping and now im not 100% sure I remember where all the piping went. Could i have put the bov in wrong or something stupid like that to cause it?

Any advise would be great..

I would check your BOV, you might have it on backwards or something. Also if you have any check valves left...take them off and make sure they are working properly
