actuator rod clip?

Hey I have lost one of these clips and wondered if anyone knew of the part number or if there might be a way to fix it without going through ordering a part. Like maybe wire or something? Any ideas or what not would be great. Just spoke with my local mazda place and they can't find any pictures of the clip to know what I am trying to tell them.

Thanks

My mechanic uses SS safety wire wrapped around the slot and tied to the rod . Never a failure to date .
