I got ripped off by "++++++++", so I reported him to the FBI. The case was forwarded to my local police deparment. I was contacted by a detective, and she said that she tried to contact "++++++++" but couldn't get him to answer the phone. Anyways, she concluded that the crime had technically occured in St. Louis, and that she could not do anymore now because it is not her jurisdiction. She recommended that I should contact the police department in St. Louis and explain my situation with them. Furthermore, she said that if I can get other people whom have been victimized by this guy to come forward, then a better case can be built against "++++++++". How many people here have been ripped off by "++++++++"? Thanks.

I eventually got my money back from this guy but it wasn't easy. I had to threaten him with some rather inventive and creative ideas. I think he meant well and would have shipped my stuff but basically he is a loser. He would say "I'll ship them this Friday" but never would. I waited 4 months after payment and he never got his *** in gear.

hold on to those numbers. I will use this thread to gather up as many people as I can. Also hold on to any "evidence" that you have have. That bastard feed me all kinds of story including that I shouldn't take actions against him because his daddy is a federal judge. yeah whatever. This guy belongs in jail.

 

Just to let you know, eric still looks at this forum, so anything you plan on doing, I suggest you PM each other, that is if it is something that will work better without him nowing. I haven't been ripped off by him, but I think most things will work better if he didn't know about what's coming...
