Thanks for all the help guys, i really do appreciate it alot!

Whats a good replacement for the sway bar mounting towers? I've been reading on how they are not strong at all. Anything I should do while the car is apart like this?
its a shame that the sway bar pedistools are as weak as they are, it doesnt take much to bend em! From what i know this is a really common problem and they are not cheap even second hand! Maybe someone on here can do a stronger replacement?

How did my suggestions help you with pulling it all apart?

Yeah man, hence me getting the parts off so fast, thanks again!

I might have a hold on some M2 Swaybars with Brackets for the front and rear, does anyone have pics or reviews on the M2 products?

How to i jack up the car to remove the subframe? Jack up from the pinch welds, and put jack stands with 2x4 on them?

Did you get the engine support I suggested?
I would use axle stands but maybe put a block of wood on the seams so you dont damage them with the stands. Make sure you support the engine from above after its jacked up and before you take out the subframe or you will end up with an engine on the floor or worse your head! Let me know how you get on.
