ac/ps tensioner squeals, what parts to replace?

My ac/ps belt tensioner is squealing like mad.
At idle it hardly noticable but it increases with the revs.
Spraying some lubricant on the tensioner removes the high pitched noise for just a few minutes.
It sound like a bearing has gone bad, what parts/assembly do I need to replace to fix this?

Mine did this too. If you take it off, you will find a large bearing in there. It is a standard ball bearing that can be sourced at a better auto parts store. Cost is about $35.

There is also the possibility of too much tension on the belt.

Check it against the specs in the manual.

Thanks!
To remove the pulley remove the tension from the belt and remove the center bolt that holds the pulley?
Does anyone have the measurements for that bearing? I couldn't find it in the service manual

I have a squeal also. I havn't had time to check and see but it's either alternator, water pump or the tensioner. Im not going to drive it until I get a chance to figure it out. Bump on where to get the bearing.

I figured out what pulley is causing the noise by spraying some lubricant between the engine and the pulley one by one. The noise stopped after I sprayed the tensioner.
