AC Evaporator leaking into passanger foot well?

Hey guys, when I turn my AC on the passanger side foot well gets all wet and we think it's the evaporator. It's not the tube because the tube is still poking through the firewall. So I can't figure out what's causing the moisture. It got my ECU all wet so now I'm running the stock ECU until the other one dries out but I still want to fix this leaking because i can't use my AC until I do.

Thanks for any help!

Yeah, I'm gonna snake the tube out like you said...maybe it's clogged or something. I am positive it's NOT coolant.
