AC condenser...

I noticed leakage, this is the AC condenser right? It looks like a really thin radiator. I'm new to auto repair, so I'm not 100% sure. My radiator sits on top of this unit. The dark spots in the picture is coolant. So I'm due for a new radiator, or should I look elswhere for leakage?

Let me get specific...there's no coolant that runs through this unit. So it's my radiator above it that is leaking?

it could be refrigerant oil but i doubt it. the ac still works? i would guess it is the radiator that sits above it leaking down on it

If you are loosing coolant, then it can be leaking out of the radiator and dripping down onto the condensor.

If the AC is not working, then as it was said above, you may be dripping a/c oil - it looks like a dark spot on the condensor too.

The condenser can be purchased for $300 or $600 depending on your cars build date.
