about 2 get a tune: need some help with Profec B II

Im getting a tune tommorow night and I need to hammer out this issue i've had the past year w/ the profec II NOW!

I have it properly set up on version 2..im running 6.5start boost, 11% gain, 32% set boost

this is what happens in third gear....car pulls mildly fast up to 4500 with a very neck snapping switch into the 2nd turbo with lots of power

the boost gauge shows 10---8---11

when i crank up the boost to 12 pounds

11---8---12

crank it up to 13

12--8---13

the primary turbo is always behind by 1 to 1.5lbs what is the deal?? how can I increase the boost on the primary withouth disturbing the rest of the process?

I have the PFS Purple Box...what it be a bad idea to run version 1 and connect the PCA solenoid back up again becasue the PFS allows me to control boost on either turbo I think

i wouldnt be pushing over 12 psi without a tune so be careful till the tune, it wouldnt bother me that much. my car does a 10 -11-12 sometimes it does a 10-9-10/11 then creep up to 12 psi which is what its tuned for... and im running version 2 also.... try doing version 1 if you have time but try not to rush and miss anything

i was reading the turbocharger troubleshooting in the FAQ section and I came across some stuff above the Pre-control actuator under the car...the actual rod

could the rod be adjusted too long to the flapper door arm causing the pre-control door to remain slightly open???

should i look into adjusting the the rod tighter and pulling it out with force so that i can clip it back up?

The rod should be adjusted so you can see half the pin through the hole, (where you would have to pull the actuator to reinsert the pin)
