99 tranny in a 93?

i am thinking about doing the auto to 5 speed conversion. i was wondering if a 99 manuel tranny is the same as the 93-95 tranny. if not, whats the difference? will it fit the same?

The new trannys weigh about 150lbs less than ours. They have a carbon fiber casing with titanium internals to still put up with daily abuse and utilize ceramic syncronizers to allow quick and smooth shifts. The casing has full teflon seals to ensure no leaks for over 200k miles.

Hey, it's nice to fantasize, isn't it?
