99 spec wing

Does anyone know a place where i can get a 99 spec wing for a decent price other than e-bay ?
i looked at some sites but some of them go as high as $1000
Or maybe a copy of the 99 spec wing would do too , i am not into it for the aerodynamics thing , just for the look
thats why i am not too crazy `bout spending 1000 on a wing

I'm sure there are, but I don't deal w/ replicas...sorry. As for used, they run roughly $500 - $600 (ballpark figure).

You may still be better off buying a used OEM wing because you can get one painted a matching OEM color. They are readily available in Japan, mostly white but i've seen some blue ones. It could cost you at least $300 to have it painted and don't be suprised it you get quoted $500-$600 for color matching (on top of the $300 for the replica). Oh I forgot, this is assuming you never had a wing otherwise it's extremely expensive to repai the holes that need to be welded in and the whole hatch painted. Then you might as well buy the replica and have it painted to.

That's crazy, who charges $500-$600 to paint a wing? I had mine painted for $150. Granted my whole car was being painted at the time as well, but $500-$600 is waaaay too much. Besides, if your car still has original paint, the wing is not going to match due to sun fading.

It should be about $300 to paint (color matched) the wing only and about $600 to reair R1 wing holes and paint (color matched) both the hatch and the wing. If you got yours painted for $150, that was very cheap. Most likely you got a discount.
