I thought something was up with the shipping too at first. I paid $51 for overnight to him. He shipped mine 2day instead of overnight becuase overnight was going to cost $106 (I think that was the amount). He sent me a copy of the invoice from Fedex that shows 2nd day air and it costing him $61.80 (which is higher than it cost me to ship to him overnight). The place he shipped through was ABC Mail Box and not an actual Fedex center. Maybe that's the problem.

Roman does great work, doesnt cheat people, and saves them a ton of money anyway...why do people bitch if they get it a day later!?
he ends up paying more to ship it back...its not like its coming out of YOUR pocket. HE takes the initiative to spend HIS money to get it to you as quickly as possible without losing too much money. in other words...he is a model example of a great person to do business with. hell take any extra cost w.o charging the buyer
give him a break...if the closest place charges more, then before you send, expect it to cost more than you think!

about the shipping, its just that some people want the lights the exact day i say not knowing that it doesnt turn up as i expected.. also, it is more expensive to ship from me to you because i use that abc mailbox thing. its downstairs. if you need proof, i can e-mail it to you but ask azaka and esbueno... they know

Looks like everybody's pretty happy with your work. I'd like to drop mine off since I drive by Glendale twice a day to and from work, is that possible and what would it cost for me?

it is for the 99spec conversion. Just add your name to the list if you're interested. Including you, only 3 more to go.

btw I couldn't find the final price on this conversion. How much would it be per person for a 99 spec tail light conversion? If they have to ship it to you and you ship it back?

well this is how it goes, its $80 normal price but if i get about 10 people, everyone get's a $10 discount. then, an optional $20 for re-sealing.... shipping is on the buyer both way's... its about the same cost if you ship to me using ups ground. if you use a faster service, expect it to cost more for me to ship it back..

so this is the list so far
1. Narin - drop off
2. Tinfan82 - Ship
3. Assud - ???
4. Guest - drop off
5. Posstenuse - drop off
6. Asianturbo - Ship
7. |aFk| LiMiTz
8. Section 8
9.
10.

additional $20 for resealing it? Shouldn't you reseal it after you finish converting it? I don't know I just thought that the conversion means that you do the conversion and reseal it again. I never thought that you would charge to reseal it.

no..... meaning i replace the old seal with a new factory one that they used. some people's is really bad therefore i cannot say the will not leak. if they do leak with the re-sealed ones, i will re-seal them again free. the new sealed ones have not leaked so far.... plus, its optional if you want it or not.

Man, a little pricey considering Ryan Wolfe (rx7even) does them for $65-70. He has done dozens of conversions and has an impeccable reputation.

yes, i have seen his work. in fact i have opened it up and the paint was not bad. i put a little more paint to last longer. also, i noticed my circles come out about 2mm away from the size of the real ones. i have seen his and all 3 are the same size.

pandazrx7 can tell you. i re-did his lights with mine and he liked the circles.

anyone else? still got a few day's!
