OK, one more thought and I'll stop but what if some carbon fiber looking sticker (a large piece) with holes cut out was used instead of paint?

i can do that too but the cost would be much more. to ballpark it, about $150. also, the first one might take a week to learn how to make the process quicker. if there are any interest's, let me know but thats not a exact amount and it depends on the availibility of the material and time involved. i have seen those and they look good but for some reason, they only look good on a dark color car.

Woohoo! I think I see mine!

I can't wait, but the car downtime is giving me an excuse to put in a 12" sub and 700Watt amp today (instead of driving on a pretty day like today)

Let me know if you are still working on mine. If so, go ahead and add the sealant "upgrade" to the service list (if you have it readily available...if not screw it [time to drive again...the Tacoma just isn't the same, and it seems like most have been successful with the existing sealant]).

Thanx!

hey everyone......... i am doing these lights again!

i have been asked so many times that i went out and bought a 25 foot roll of paper that should be enough to do about 40 more pairs of lights.... when that finished, thats it.
some bad news: the 99 spec light conversions now cost $80 because i cannot get the parts for the price i use to and i cannot buy in bulk anymore.... i will be doing these for about a month or so more and then thats it. i have done a lot of them and this is the last batch...... $80 is a good deal considering the new ones cost $450-500 if you can find them!

turnaround time is 3-4 day's

pm me if anyone is intrested!

thanks

I have the real ones and those pained ones look good. That's not a GT-R either.

R33 doesn't meen GT-R. R-33 is just the model like FD. The silver R33 in the picture is not a GT-R. The rear fenders are not wide enough and niether are the tires. Trust me, I'm in Japan and have seen way too many.

maybe it's just a bad pic then... the fenders in back didn't look flared in the pic.

What's up with the outside amber section of FD tails?

Would it be possible somehow to change the outside amber section to Red? ...would want to light that section with the other tails...

IMO, the lights would look much better as three red circles over the two inboard of the corners.

just a thought...

if you stop making them will you pass on your secrets to me? like what spray you use, how you remove the sealant, etc.
