99 spec spoiler question

I want to get the 99 spec spoiler for my car

but what I wanted to do was buy the "feet" for it

and then buy a seperate CF middle section

so it seems pointless buying the enter wing and then throwing away the middle part..

does anyone know if the sell the legs sperately?

You can buy the leg "kits" ....there also appears to be a blanking plate for each end of the wing - not included in the kit.

u live in london ontario? nice.. I lived there for 5 years.. near sherwood forest mall

never saw a single FD there my whole stay

back on topic

Thanks for the link Warren but I want to buy the side pieces not the middle piece At the moment. as I don't have a 99 spec spoiler at all..

but I don't want to buy the whole thing.. then toss the center piece when upgrading..

I want to buy just the two parts that bolt into the trunk first

It will fit the 2 outer holes, so the 2 inner holes will be left exposed

just an update to the thread..

I checked the prices for the pieces I was talking about

they are $250 a piece from mazda japan..

$500 bux for a "wing holder" and another $600 for the CF center piece
seems bloody expensive if you ask me..

and yet still cheaper than the original 99 spec wing complete..

Complete wing was 79,000yen complete before tax, although shipping may cost a bit. Have noticed that some of the retailers in the US can sell for less than dealer price in Japan on a number of items I've looked at....may be worth checking??
