Found it kind of hard to generate the right search inquiry to pull this question off, so:

Does anyone have any images of a 99 Spec Front with R1/R2 lip? I really like the 99 front, but I can't say that I'm a fan of the 99 spec lip in general.

Just curious if it will work and how it would look.

R1 lip won't line up with the 99 front end. Without looking shitty anyways.

why wouldnt you like it...its beautiful. if you mold it to the front bumper and paint it, that makes it even better.

Well, don't get me wrong, it definitely looks nice. But I think it looks a bit "sharpish" compared to the body lines of the FD.

Anyhow, it was just a curiousity. I'm sure if it looked awesome, folks would have it done pretty often

i saw that combo at sevenstock.. ghey as phack. stupid.. why get a 99 spec front end and slap on a lip that dosent fit. its worse than throwing a 99 on a regular front.

search for the sevenstock x pics for a blue FD with your combo.

 

lol yea, i remember that blue FD with a 99 plateless front and 93-95 front lip. it looked horrible imho. the sides were too short.
