99 RX7 turbos on a 93-95? Does it bolt on?

99 RX7 turbos on a 93-95? Does it bolt on?
I think my stock turbo's need to be rebuilt but I was wondering if the 99 newer turbos (280 HP) would bolt right on? If they would what modifications, if any, would I have to do to get the car to run alright? I would have to do a computer upgrade to richen the A/F mix right? Just exploring my options.
