hey all, i have a 93 base that i bought with an engine burn for 3,000$ and i get my 99 front clip on 20th of this month and the shop that will install the hole clip is charging me 1,200$ and i just wated to know if that was a good price or should i be looking for a cheaper price, and if so, can anyone tell me of a cheaper place around san diego ,ca thank a lot guy's.

 

1200 for labor? or is that for parts too?
if it is only for labor and paint, and your not having the plate shaved, I would say look some more 500$ is more what it should be.

 

im taking the clip to the shop, i paid 4500$ for the 99 front clip so there just doing labor my cars front end is bear metal and the shop will do the whole wiring harness and engine install.

price of the install varies... depends how much of the 99 front clip you'll be transplanting into your 93... keep us posted on your project! I heard in the late model j-specs, there is no longer a rats nest... if you could take pics of the vacuum system that would be sweet
