95 having larger Oil pan ?

95 having larger Oil pan ?
A friend of mine went and checked out a 93 FD today.
He was talking to the seller about nearby Rotary specialist repair shops, and according to the seller, the place he knows of Builds thier engines to 95 13B-REW specs, which to me meant absolutly nothing, as i am under the impression all FD engines are same, regardless of year. Yet the guys siad they have a larger Oil pan, smells like BS to me, am i right ?
