help!

hey guys just tore apart my motor. for background it had a detonation event 500 ish miles ago and has been running a bit low on power since. compression test showed

front - 100 - 50 - 50
rear - 100 - 100 - 60

rear iron looks great
rear housing edge wear otherwise good
rear rotor looks good

center iron small groves on both sides(catches nail)

front housing has deep grooves near exhaust port otherwise good condition?
front rotor has some small dents
front iron looks great

could this housing be used? maybe just resurfaced and use softer apex seals.

im worries about possible balancing issues here is the bearing wear normal as well etc

is this something I can rebuild myself (sand housing, new apex seals + soft seals and call it a day or find a local builder)

what do you guys think?
appreciate your guys expertise and time!!

The housing looks fucked. I'm not knowledgeable enough to comment on the other parts though.

Yeah that's what I thought at first, but since the scratches are right after the exhaust port, it doesn't actually affect compression. Which is probably why one face still had 100 psi of compression

For comparison, what do the good housing and rotor look like?

These are the rear rotors and housing. the front rotor is actually in good shape as well now that I have a better view after cleaning
