'94 FD with 17,106 actual miles.....

Well, I may have to go looky at this....see if it is for real or not. Just appeared in the paper. 1 owner, '94 with only 17,106 miles.

its possible... my pops bought his with 12000km(8500miles???). plus, it would be too much trouble to fix the odometer and make the car look like new. take pics if you do go though.

bajaman,

Is that car in the KC area? If so, then it's probably the one that a few of the local guys checked out a few months back. If it's the same one, the odometer has been changed. It was changed when a new engine was put into the car.

If you want, I can dig through the archives of the local messages and see if I can find it. There were other problems with the car as well (boost problems and some other things), if it's the same car that is....

but, why change it too such a low # when the interior and the rest of the car is not going to look low milage? would it not be kinda fishy?

Actually, the one local had the entire interior completely redone. Aftermarket seats, the panels have been repainted by a body shop and a new exterior paint job.

However, I don't believe it's the same car. I think the one I'm thinking about was a '93, not a '94.
