First time to the track in my 94 FD...

I am a little disappointed with how it turned out but I know it will improve next time. Car was setup to run race gas but I ran it with pump gas....

3 Runs.
1 2 3
RT 1.3385 1.1481 1.0557
60ft 2.4177 2.2745 2.5754
1/8 ET 9.2483 8.8244 9.1720
1/8 mph 81.99 86.53 86.87
1/4 ET 13.9795 13.3939 13.7214
1/4 mph 106.53 109.99 110.67

Missed 3rd gear bad on the 1st run. Let off the gas to early on the 3rd run.

seems like you can work on your 60ft times a bit.

if you're drag racing please use the words "drag strip" to clarify for road racers what you mean by "track"

I agree the 60 ft could be better. With those mph's yuou could get a 12 second run. I got a 12.59 at 112, my 60 ft was 1.82 though.

Actually a 2.2 is pretty good on those tires. How much boost are you running?

Your 1/8 mile is still pretty slow for your mods with a 2.2 It takes alot of practice so just keep going until you get comfortable doing it.

BTW take off on the 3rd yellow light, don't wait for it to turn green.

Actually it depends on your vocabulary and what you're used to. There are many types of "race tracks" which can also include dirt. So did he go to a Rally?
