I own a 93 7. I finished putting in the new motor back in September. I used a hose Techniques vaccum hose kit for the rats nest. I have an apexi intake, HKS down pipe, HKS Carbon Ti Exhaust, ACT lightened flywheel, ACT clutch, Toyo 2" Aluminum Radiator. All the other parts under the hood are stock.

I put the new motor in myself beacuse I wanted to learn how to do it. Now that I have it running it has 1) No boost. 2) Idles @ 1,500 RPM in neutral (I have turned the throttle body adjusting screw all the way in and that doesn't help) 3) After it is warmed up and you stop the car for a few minuties to go into a store and come back out to drive it, it doesn't want to stay running until I am able to get to rev up and stumble along through the parking lot then it feels like it's getting fuel again. It feels like it starving for fuel. 4) When in gear the idle "hunts" It flucuates between 1200-1,800 RPm

I took the the vaccuum hoses off the turbo acuator and drove it to see if that would change the boost...No luck. I disconnected the cat to see if it was so clogged that it would be causing no boost...No luck there either.
I took the upper intake off and retraced all the vacuum lines to their corresponding solenoids using the vaccuum diagram. They all line up and were put on right.

This is my first rotary buildup. My 1st RX7. Anyone that has experience with RX7's could you please give your opinion on what the problems might be. Thank you.
