ok so sorry to start a new thread when im sure this has been covered... i searched for a while but all i found were comparisons between the 2... i have a 93 base and have some 94 R2 front shocks
was just wondering if ill be able to get them in there with no probs

Yes, they can be installed. They aren't the same in terms of damping, though. I would suggest installing the rears as well if you have them.
