8-8-10 boost pattern( primary boost doesnt hit hard at all anymore)

Ok so at first I was experiencing some low end power issues.Which I still am by the way.But only when the car is nice and warmed up.Im getting this weird rattle coming from the turbo area.Which im thinking that its one of three hings.A exhaust leak/boost leak.A loose heat shile.Or like damian delahuerta found out a missadjusted tca actuator rod.
What ive noticed recently is the fact that on the primaray alone I cant seem to go past .5 bar which is somewhere around 7.5 to 8 psi.I used to have to turn the boost down with the profec b in order to keep the boost at 10 psi.Now its the opposite. It will not boost any higher on the primary. When the secondary kicks in it hits 10 psi.One more thing.I have noticed some serious turbo lag.The car doesnt hit hard like it used to and it feels like the 8 psi kicks in rather late in the powerband.Probably around 4000 rpms. Not 3000 rpms like its supposed to.
Is there any way that my main cat could be cloggin up gradually.Ive noticed this a few days after I replaced the precat with a downpipe. At first it ran great.Very powerfull. And then a few days later the car feels less powerfull than a stock one.
If anyone has any ideas id really appreciate it.

i have a very similar problem. although i havn't fixed it yet, i would check the adjustment of the tca. this is 1 of the last remaining checks i havn't done yet. it would be a good idea to check to see what that rattle is

you mean in the turbine? I checked both the primary and the secondary and the secondary barely moves at all.Now the primary has play in it.Considerable play.Im not an expert as far as how much play means a bad turbo or slowly dieing turbo but it feels loose.Hope this helps.
As for the rattle I have checked a few things out already.I figured it was a lose heat shield but found no such thing.I removed the stock y -pipe and checked around the turbos and found nothing.I will check the tca rod next and take it from there.

heres what ive found out so far.I sprayed some carb cleaner all around the aeas I thought were perhaps leaking and nothing. Now I sprayed some carb cleaner near the y pipe to crossover tube coupler and I saw the carb cleaner buble up as if theres air escaping. So I believe that this may be the culprit.Im sure if its bubbling at idle it probably lets out a whole lot of air under boost.I hope this is the only leak otherwise its going to be a long couple of weeks or months.
