7 months and it's complete... Pictures

Ok it's complete. R85 from reactive racing, Greddy 3 row, Pettit AST, 3" IC piping, Ported motor with nrs seals by JPR Imports, Apexi PFC, Greddy BOV, Intake filter from Goodfellas, PWR Radiator, Blitz ebc, Greddy pulleys, Greddy catback, RX7store manifold, RX7store downpipe, Tial wastegate, 9's all around, Re A wires, Emissions removed, AC removed, 1680cc/550cc injectors, Walbro fuel pump, B&M Short shifter, ACT Pro lite flywheel, ACT 6 Puck sprung HD PP, and Relocated battery

Ok finally got it done, would of drove it home yesterday but the coolant buzzer kept going off so I left it at the shop, Today got the system full with water im pretty sure(I keep checking it). All the bolts tight, had to keep cutting the elbow that comes off of the turbo because it still kind of hits the hood. Bleed the clutch, made sure the gauges and everything were fine then took it out for a drive.

The 6 puck sprung engages right as you lift off your foot about 1" of total clutch movement so it is very harsh, hope it gets better as I go along. Read that after break in someone felt like a ss clutch so thats what i'm hoping will happen. It picks up very fast, guess thats do to the flywheel. Sounds like a trash truck turbo from take off to cruising... It's loud, much louder then before. Feels like I am driving a race car. It just feels like it wants to take off and go. The current tune is from the t04r so should be good till I break it in and get tuned.

I have included some pictures so you guys can enjoy, I love how it looks in the bay now. The turbo is very very big!

You should be able to adjust your clutch pedal to make it feel as if its engaging higher. G

Oh really? I guess I will have to go through the FSM and the forums and see how you do it.

It's crazy just move your foot a little bit and its fully engaged, feels like a race car with it like that.

I love these cars, did all the work myself. Reason I did it myself was to save money, and learn the car at the same time. With the forums here, it's very helpful. I have gained a lot of knowledge over the past year or so due to this forum!

I must add, I have the PS pump hooked up but haven't got around to get a belt for it. Driving it without power steering is not bad at all. Seems easier then the FC I owned that didnt have PS. Still need to hook up the wastegate line to the ebc, and get my aftermarket water temp fixed. Going to JPR's thursday so he can look it over.
