6an parallel fuel system

Ok, I am going to run a parallel ss fuel system on the stock rails. I need more room on the front side of the injectors. The turbo boost solenoid pipes are in the way of running a 90 swivil. Also I need to run the ss hose under the rats nest and that isn't looking possible. Should I just route all of the rats nest stuff away from under the intake manifold or is there a trick to running ss lines next to it? Also I got an aeromotive fpr and I was wanting to know what psi I should be running at if I have a set of 1200cc's and stock 550's.

Why bother? There is plenty of capacity in the stock fuel system for anything that will bolt into the factory fuel rails.

Ok, I broke the green thermostat?? on the secondary fuel rail. Do you need it if your running a Power FC. If so where can I pick another one up at?

Fair enough.

No, you don't need it with the PFC.

If you run a mallory regulator http://store.summitracing.com/partde...5&autoview=sku, you can run returnless rails. You only have to run pressure lines to the rails, returns from the regulator. I run 32 psi at idle with the vac. hose connected to regulator.

Uhhhh, what? I'm pretty sure it will take more than just a regulator to turn your fuel system into a returnless system. Where did you come across this information?

It is not a returnless system. Mine is set up like this: 8an feed from tank to regulator, 6an to each fuel rail, 6an return to tank from the bottom of the regulator. The rails are returnless. I have been tuned twice by Mr Kan, and it performed flawlessly.

Oh, I see.. Sorry. I thought you were talking about something a little different. (Like the fuel system in my truck.. the regulator is built into the pump and one line comes from the tank to the rails.. Come to think of it, in our Jeep as well.)

I have always wondered how well a setup like that performed. I had always been told that putting the regulator before the injectors was a no-no. Glad to hear of one.

I figured you were talking about a true returnless system. I just like this set up because it eliminates 2 lines and 4 fittings. This is the only regulator I found that works this way, so if anyone is going to do this, make sure you have the right regulator.
