wow I have no luck, I broke both the charge, wastgate, and turbo pre controle valves last night. they are so old and brittle. I went to the dealer and it was $280 plus tax (13%) so I got valves from the wreckers today so I hope they work. do I need them or can I use boost contrloers? I seen the diagram "damian boost controle setup"

Yes, the brake booster line has a check valve.
Your dealer will kill you on the price of solenoids. You could consider the damian setup, except that you should probably cap off the other end of the precontrol and wastegate actuators. This way you can skip replacing the wg and pc solenoids.
The charge control solenoid is still important. You could get a new one from Malloy, your local dealer, or a used one from the classifieds.

I ran into a similar issue on my new purchase as well. The previous owner did a vacuum hose replacement, but reversed a check valve from the Y-pipe to the pressure chamber. This was basically affecting the Turbo Control actuator, which was causing ****-poor boost pattern.
Took out the check-valve, tested, and placed it in the right direction. Now I get 10-8-10...

I finished replacing all the lines I could, 90% of them. After I put it all back together it started no problem at first, first drive was good, hit it and it was at 10-8-10. after driving it around it seems to drop a little like 9-8-9 or 8-7-8. I hope I dont have to do it again, is there a gaskit on the intake pipe b4 the th.body there was non on it when I took it off so I never looked into it. I still want to do a boost test again.

There is no gasket between the intake pipe the the throttle body. There is however a gasket between the TB and Extension Manifold. You can see it clearly on the services manual section F-Index breakout.
Nothing to worry about there.
