4500rpm @ idle!
I recently installed a variety of performance parts onto my 3rd. gen. For some reason when i started it just to check the basics on the power FC it shot up to 4500rpm, and stayed there, it scared the **** out of me, any one have an idea as to what it could be. I've already checked the throttle position, and the vac lines

I've installed the folowing performance parts: T78 Turbo, 1300cc injectors, HKS spark plugs, Twin power ignition, Apexi power FC, Plug wires etc....

take off the elbow and look at the butterflys... see where they are sitting then look around for what you touched to make them that way.... go from there.

yeah, i followed the diagram that Apexi sent along with the unit, i just removed them from the conector, i didn't cut them or any thing, is the diagram wrong?

the diagram should be correct...the only reason I mentioned cutting is..the cut wiring goes to the AWS, EGR, EGR switch and Split Air Solenoid...when I was troubleshooting a stock FD (no wires cut) with my PFC... after idling for a few minutes my idle jumped up to around 4,000 rpms from about 2,000 rpms...I was able to lower the idle by covering the AWS hose...
