450 WHP Longivity?

How long would a 450 WHP rx7 last with regular driving / daily driving.
Driving it hard a few nights a week, with proper maintanence, ie flush all fluids and oil change every 1500 kilometers or so???

Can it still last a good year or two
or when you have that much power can you only drive it ONCE and a while... then after a few months it blows and you have to do it all over again.
so many people here have highly modified vehicles, however won't they go at any time??

You will have a VERY hard time Daily driving 450rwhp.

Trust me with 350 rwhp you have enough to keep you happy until you are old enough to have reasonable insurance premiums.

I'm not implying I will drive it daily.
I'm using that as an example as to reguards of how long that kind of power would last in a rotary??

I am not giong to modify any vehicle that much.
However As it stands would one last for a while??
can a rotary even safely handle that much??

It seems they can hardle handle 255 hp in a 1.3 litre form
but 500???

honestly if you drive it sensibly and stay out of boost for the most part, i don't see why it couldn't last for a long time?

still, i wouldn't be wanting to put miles on something i had so much money invested in.

You're confusing rwhp and engine hp.

You can always get the stroker kit and run it in 1.5 litre form

With proper tuning AND FUEL, it should last quite a while. Use the SEARCH function! CLOSED.
