Exclamation 3rd Gen on Mecum Auto Auction

1993 red, 36k miles, wheels, scoot hood, bpu under the hood... nothing big

bidding was at 20k before they pulled it away

pretty cool seeing these bring so much money without much done to them

This might be old news...

It's killer to see any Japanese car getting some love from the big auction sites, IMO.
That said, The FD Farkel has for sale right here on this forum is a million times better.

"If the car is re-tuned and a 75 shot of NOS is added the car will turn low 10’s or high 9’s."

I guess guys don't need huge single turbos and 600+ HP to run 9s anymore.

No kidding, what a nicely done car. Even if you prefer stock FDs, this one was cherry to begin with, not a beater somebody is trying to bring back

I built that car about 4.5 years ago! Sadly it was wrecked really bad on the passenger side... it was repaired and then changed owners. The old owner is military and he's on this forum. Ill post older pictures of the car when I get to my shop tomorrow.

Ha weird.
