3rd and 4th gear on boost problems

3rd and 4th gear on boost problems
When I get on boost in 3rd and 4th in the higher rpms I hit like a wall. I am hauling *** and then it just cuts out. I know my car runs rich as hell, everytime I let off gas while I am on boost I throw a healthy 4 foot flame. Can anyone let me know what to do?

I had the same problem. It was related to my power FC and my settings. If you boost over your target you will hit a fuel cut. When you hit the fuel cut, do you have to shift to get out of it? Thats what I had to do. I found by changing the duty cycle settings (lowering them) will stop it. But I also found it depends on the weather.

If you are still running a stock ecu it also fuel cut. (cuts at around12.5psi on the stock ecu)
what are your mods - you must be running a MP or gutted cat to throw flames.

Anyway, what mods are currently on the car? It sounds like you are hitting fuel cut.
